Job Description :-
- As a Staff Associate-Network Support, the candidate will perform Troubleshooting of LAN/ WAN/ Desktop.
- Perform Basic Problem Determination.
- Resolution & Perform Basic Change Mgmt.
- Vendor management as appropriate (opens ticket with vendor and escalate as appropriate).
- Documenting actions in the problem & incident record.
- Contact other support groups or organizations as required.
