  • Should have a minimum of 6+ Months of experience.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills with a customer service process.
  • Minimum typing proficiency of 50 WPM
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Basic understanding of Six Sigma is an added advantage.

Job Description :-
  • Processing Purchase Orders / Quotes in SAP and other requests related to Order Management sent by the North America (US and Canada) Honeywell distributors for ACS ECC products.
  • Process Credit Card orders and also take authorizations in EC-Zone and follow up with US & India credit teams in case of irregularities.
  • Meeting the service levels by ensuring that emergency orders are booked well within the service levels for immediate shipment.
