Job Description :
- Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining Service Request database.
- Handle international calls, emails & service requests, assess customers’ support needs and resolve / route inquiry accordingly.
- Provide first level support for customer issues including documented procedures and available tools.
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests for second level support.
- Maintain Service Request database by accurately entering information.
- Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.
