• Call center experience in assessing quality of calls done by operators/executives and providing feedback

Job Description   :

• Call Monitoring Listening to recorded calls [English] and evaluating the performance of the interviewer on various parameters as per defined rules/directives and provide feedback.
• Maintaining MIS for receipt and processed files.
